Double Payment Refund Policy: We understand that errors can occur. If you have made a double payment for an order, or you paid an excess delivery fee, after calculating, we will provide a refund for the excess amount.
Refund Process: Contact us via +234 816 811 5127 within 7 days of the double payment. Provide proof of double payment, such as a transaction receipt or bank statement. We will verify the double payment and process a refund for the excess amount. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
Note:
Refunds will only be issued for the excess amount paid. That means the N50 Naira or equipment stamp duty will be deducted.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by double payments and appreciate your prompt notification to resolve the issue.
Tax Charges:
All prices listed on our website/invoice are inclusive of taxes.
Return Exchange, and Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, so please carefully review your order before submitting payment.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, please note that we cannot provide refunds.
In very rare cases, we could also consider offering store credit or exchanges in certain circumstances, while still maintaining a no-refund policy.
