Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Please note that if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated rate displayed on our website, our logistics team will contact you to request additional payment to cover the difference.

Please Note: International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, payable by the recipient. 

We use reputable couriers like Fez, DHL, GIG, ABC  for shipments outside Abuja. We do not ship via public or private motor parks.

After shipment, you will receive a waybill number to track your package.

If our dispatcher attempts to deliver your order once  and you are not available to receive, you will be charged a re-delivery fee for each additional delivery attempt. 

Please ensure you are available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery window. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least (24 hours) in advance to avoid additional fees.
